We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to lead the design and development of our data and analytics ecosystem. This role combines strong technical expertise with business understanding to transform raw data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.


Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Data Warehouse architectures
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines for integrating data from multiple sources
• Develop and manage OLAP models for analytical reporting
• Design and implement dashboards and reports for business and operational teams
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across systems

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields
• Strong expertise in SQL (advanced query writing and optimization)
• Solid experience with Data Modeling (Fact/Dimension) and Data Warehousing concepts
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools.
• Experience working with databases such as: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Clickhouse.
• Experience building dashboards using tools such as: Power BI, or Metabase.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, metrics, and data governance
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fintech, insurance, or tech products
• Familiarity with user behavior and risk analytics
• Experience with big data tools or data lakes (e.g., Spark, Clickhouse, DuckDB)
• Knowledge of performance tuning in large-scale databases
• Experience with Python for data analysis and ETL pipelines.
