Responsibilities:
Strategic Brand Management:
- Lead brand strategy, product positioning, and lifecycle management for new and existing products.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Stay current with industry developments, market innovations, and best practices in pharmaceutical marketing.
Commercial Leadership:
- Oversee marketing, customer insights, and digital strategies to drive market share.
- Supervise and lead the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels — including digital, print, and professional healthcare marketing.
- Oversee marketing budgets, monitor expenses, and evaluate return on investment (ROI) for all marketing activities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain) to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, marketing agencies, and healthcare professionals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all promotional materials and marketing activities adhere to regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with sales, clinical development, legal, and medical affairs departments.
Data-Driven Decision Making:

Core Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
- 10+ years in marketing, with significant experience in cosmetics and pharmaceutical.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, science, or business is required; an MBA or advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, PhD) is frequently preferred.
