About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and execution-driven individual to join our team and play a key role in expanding our international presence in the digital dentistry space.
This is not a managerial or strategic role.
This is a hands-on, high-activity position focused on building pipelines, generating leads, and initiating international market opportunities through digital channels.
You will work directly under the CEO and be part of a dedicated international business unit focused exclusively on global market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build targeted lists of dental clinics, laboratories, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in international markets
- Execute daily outreach via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels
- Initiate conversations, qualify leads, and schedule meetings and demos
- Support and participate in online product demonstrations and webinars
- Research and identify potential distributors and partners in target countries
- Maintain and update lead pipelines using CRM tools (or structured tracking systems)
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the pipeline
- Collect and report market feedback and insights
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with outreach and follow-ups
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency
- Basic familiarity with digital tools (LinkedIn, CRM systems, email platforms, Zoom)
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in sales, marketing, or international business
- Background or familiarity with dental, CAD/CAM, or medical devices
- Experience with lead generation or outbound sales
Compensation
- Base Salary: 25,000,000 Toman/month
- Performance-based incentives: Bonuses for meetings, demos, and partner acquisition
- Attractive Commission on successful deals and market development in USD
