At Ecotrust, we are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our advisory and analysis team and provide expert responses to users’ questions in the areas of personal investment, asset management, and financial decision-making.
This role goes beyond general customer support. The selected candidate will not simply guide users on how to use the application; they will be expected to understand users’ financial questions, evaluate the context of each case, identify potential risks and limitations, and provide clear, structured, responsible, and insightful responses.
In Ecotrust, users can submit specialized financial questions through the “Porsesh” section, depending on their subscription type and duration. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for reviewing these questions, analyzing the user’s situation, and providing expert responses within Ecotrust’s analytical framework.
These responses should help users better understand their financial position, asset allocation, target portfolio, in-app recommendations, and overall decision-making path.
This role is suitable for someone who has solid financial and analytical knowledge, and can explain relatively complex financial concepts in a clear, accurate, and non-hype-driven manner.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze users’ specialized questions in Ecotrust’s “Porsesh” section
• Assess users’ financial situation, asset composition, risk profile, and stated concerns
• Provide structured, analytical, and easy-to-understand responses in the areas of personal investment and asset management
• Help users better understand their current portfolio, target portfolio, and specialized recommendations provided in the app
• Explain financial concepts such as risk, return, diversification, asset allocation, investment horizon, and portfolio management
• Respond to user questions related to asset classes such as gold, foreign currency, equities, investment funds, cryptocurrencies, and other common investment instruments
• Identify risks, constraints, and ambiguities in users’ financial decisions
• Provide responses in line with Ecotrust’s analytical policies, decision-support model, and content standards
• Identify cases that require deeper review, escalation to senior analysts, or referral to more specialized advisory services
• Document frequently asked questions, recurring behavioral patterns, and common investor concerns
• Collaborate with the analysis, product, and customer experience teams to improve response quality, educational content, and user experience
• Contribute to improving analytical response frameworks, question categorization, and response standardization
• Maintain accuracy, neutrality, transparency, and professional responsibility in all analytical responses

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of finance, investment, financial markets, and asset management
• Familiarity with asset allocation, risk management, expected return, diversification, investment horizon, and asset behavior
• Good understanding of financial markets in Iran and common asset classes such as gold, foreign currency, mutual funds, equities, fixed-income instruments, cryptocurrencies, and alternative assets
• Ability to analyze users’ financial questions and turn them into clear, logical, and actionable responses
• Strong ability to write accurate, structured, responsible, and understandable analytical responses for non-expert users
• Understanding of the boundaries between financial guidance, financial education, and direct investment advice
• Ability to work with incomplete data and identify the key information needed for better analysis
• High attention to detail when evaluating scenarios, assumptions, and potential consequences of financial decisions
• Ability to work within analytical frameworks, product policies, and response standards
• Strong interest in following economic developments, financial markets, and investor behavior
• Ability to collaborate closely with analysis, product, and customer experience teams

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience as a Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, Financial Advisor, Capital Markets Specialist, or similar role
• Academic background in Finance, Economics, Financial Management, Accounting, MBA, or Business
• Experience in financial market analysis, analytical report writing, or specialized investment content creation
• Experience in investment firms, brokerage firms, portfolio management companies, fintech, wealthtech, crypto exchanges, or digital financial platforms
• Familiarity with personal financial planning, wealth management, and portfolio construction
• Experience providing expert responses to users or clients in financial and investment products
• Familiarity with analytical tools, data dashboards, CRM systems, or user request management platforms
• Ability to design response frameworks, specialized FAQs, or content standards for analytical services

What This Role Is Not:
This role is not general application support or basic product troubleshooting. Its primary focus is financial analysis, expert explanation, and helping users make better-informed decisions within Ecotrust’s service framework.
This role also does not involve giving guaranteed outcomes, promising returns, or making decisions on behalf of users. A Financial Analyst at Ecotrust must provide responsible, transparent, and reliable responses based on analytical frameworks, available information, and sound risk management principles.
