At Ecotrust, we are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our sales team. We are looking for someone who not only has strong sales and customer communication skills, but is also interested in financial markets, investing, and asset management, or has a relevant background in these areas.
In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with users, presenting Ecotrust’s value proposition, responding to their questions and concerns, and helping them make informed decisions about purchasing or renewing their subscription.
This position is suitable for someone who can explain financial concepts in a clear, accurate, and understandable way, while also being able to build trust, identify customer needs, and move the sales process forward professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with Ecotrust users and potential customers
- Introduce Ecotrust’s services in asset management, personal investing, and financial decision-making
- Explain the product’s value proposition based on each user’s needs, financial knowledge, and concerns
- Respond to users’ questions about product features, subscription plans, and how to use the services
- Follow up with users throughout the purchase, renewal, or reactivation process
- Identify users’ needs, concerns, and barriers to purchase
- Accurately record contact details, follow-up status, and sales outcomes in the CRM
- Share user feedback with Product, Marketing, and Analysis teams
- Collaborate on improving sales processes, conversion rates, and customer experience
- Maintain a professional, transparent, and responsible approach in all user interactions
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in sales, customer communication, or sales development
- Strong interest in finance, investing, financial markets, and asset management
- Ability to quickly learn financial concepts and explain them in a simple, accurate, and understandable way
- Basic familiarity with investment concepts such as risk, return, diversification, and portfolio management
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer conversation management skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide explanations tailored to their situation
- Professional, organized, and trustworthy communication style
- Responsible, consistent in follow-up, and results-oriented
- Ability to work with CRM tools and accurately record sales data
- Willingness to learn, collaborate with the team, and solve problems
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in selling financial, investment, insurance, stock market, cryptocurrency, wealth management, or subscription-based products
- Educational background or relevant experience in finance, economics, management, accounting, MBA, or business
- Familiarity with Iran’s financial markets and basic investment concepts
- Experience in consultative sales or selling complex products that require analytical explanation
- Experience working in fintech, wealth-tech, startups, or technology-driven businesses
