

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Manager to deploy IT plans efficiently within the business and in line with with the organization's IT strategy and cover inside business applications and ERP systems as well as manage, implement, and optimize our Supply Chain Management processes within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and support the implementation, customization, and enhancement of Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.).
-Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate them into functional specifications.
-Perform system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support for Oracle SCM processes.
-Provide post-implementation support by troubleshooting issues, managing incidents, and ensuring business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SCM processes across the enterprise.
-Develop and maintain documentation (functional design, user guides, and test scripts) and need reports in related platforms (Oracle, SSRS & Power BI).
-Support technical parts of Oracle SCM Modules, OPM, Inventory, EAM, Purchasing & Order Management as well as External web services & APIs to integrate with external platforms.
-Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
