In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping product decisions through deep user insights and strategic research initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct mixed-method user research — including qualitative interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data-driven studies
• Define research goals, hypotheses, and select appropriate methods across different stages of the product lifecycle.
• Apply statistical methods to analyze user behavioral data and help interpret the results to drive product strategy
• Utilize clustering and segmentation techniques to identify meaningful user groups and define data-driven personas
• Present research findings in a structured and compelling way to designers, product managers, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure insights directly inform product and design decisions

Requirements

• Academic background in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
• 2+ years of professional experience in UX research, preferably within digital products or services
• Proficiency in analytical tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or SPSS for data manipulation and analysis
• Practical understanding of segmentation models and clustering algorithms to categorize user behavior or market trends
• Ability to translate data and observations into practical, impactful design recommendations
• Clear and compelling communication skills; able to tell stories that inspire product teams
• Organized, proactive, and able to take ownership of research projects
