Key Responsibilities
- Lead and design advanced research initiatives focused on investment behavior and financial decision-making
- Analyze user behavior in response to risk, volatility, inflation, and market signals
- Model user decision patterns in asset allocation and portfolio management
- Identify and analyze cognitive biases (e.g., loss aversion, herd behavior, overconfidence) affecting financial decisions
- Investigate the gap between users’ current portfolios and target allocations, identifying behavioral and structural drivers
- Evaluate trust in investment recommendations and factors influencing conversion and action
- Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Investment teams to translate insights into decision-making logic
- Define and track advanced UX metrics in financial contexts (e.g., trust, decision quality, behavioral consistency)
- Contribute to building research frameworks grounded in behavioral economics and decision science
Requirements
- Strong understanding of financial and investment concepts (risk, return, diversification, asset allocation)
- Solid expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Proven ability to analyze behavioral data and translate it into actionable insights
- Strong familiarity with behavioral economics and decision-making under uncertainty
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing product strategy
- High level of analytical rigor, structured thinking, and problem-solving ability
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, asset management, or investment platforms
- Familiarity with financial markets (gold, FX, crypto, equities)
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA)
- Exposure to recommendation systems or decision-support products
- Why This Role Matters

The UX Researcher plays a critical role in transforming assumptions into validated knowledge, and data into decision-grade insight directly impacting how users allocate capital and manage risk.
