Job Description

Mission:
To collaborate with Tax Manager in implementing MTNIrancell financial strategies in financial statements and tax scope, including appropriate and timely payment of legal liabilities and prevention of imposition of penalty on MTNIrancell  

Roles & Responsibilities:

·      
To liaise with finance departments to match the time of recording and reporting of financial information with Tax Law. 

·       To liaise with Finance Reporting to coordinate documents based on monthly schedules.

·       To collect the required data of financial statements and tax returns, etc., record it, and use it as input for Board or Taxation Affairs Organization-related reports.

·       To follow up on company complaints about income tax assessment and support to finalize tax at all levels.

·       To ensure the observance of taxation rules and regulations and implementing regulations under Direct Taxation Act, the Value Added Tax Law, the Store Terminals, and Taxpayers System law. 

·       To ensure compliance of tax returns with the Company’s financial information.

·       To provide the auditors, legal inspector, Taxation Affairs Organization, and other relevant departments with the required information, documents, and confirmed reports on time.

·       To prepare financial statements, tax returns, and Management Approval yearly and interim if required. 

·       To collect sales and purchase information quarterly and submit it to Taxation Affairs Organization on time after validation.

·       To develop and document reports and keep records of Tax vouchers in legal books considering relevant regulations.

·       To confer with the MTNIrancell auditors, legal inspector, Taxation Affairs Organization, and other related departments for submitting and obtaining information and correspondence tax.

·       To calculate applicable taxes, including income tax, VAT, lease and rental tax, and other taxes.
To implement the necessary actions for timely payment of applicable taxes based on tax returns, tax assessment, and final tax during the year.
