A Finance Manager, through smart resource management and risk control, ensures the company’s financial health and sustainable growth.
Your day-to-day responsibilities at Barook:
Contributing to the design and implementation of financial strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals
Managing budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow control
Providing analytical financial reports
Leading the finance team and improving accounting processes and internal controls
Monitoring and managing financial, investment, and credit risks
Managing interactions with banks, auditors, the Iranian National Tax Administration, and other relevant authorities
Optimizing the cost structure and increasing the organization’s financial efficiency
You will enjoy success in this role if you have:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields
At least 6 years of experience in finance, including a minimum of 4 years in a financial management or similar role
Full command of Iranian tax and insurance regulations, as well as Iranian accounting standards
Familiarity with financing structures, investment, and risk analysis
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel
Strong team leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
A strategic mindset combined with the ability to make quick and accurate decisions
Experience in companies within the payment/financial industry or companies with platform-based products is considered an advantage.
