We are looking for a Senior eCRM Specialist who can turn data into decisions, design effective communication scenarios, and execute campaigns with precision to improve user engagement and increase customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute eCRM campaigns with a focus on database-driven communication channels (especially SMS)
• Segment users based on behavior, engagement history, and customer value, and build segments tailored to business and industry characteristics
• Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as Conversion Rate, Engagement, Revenue, and other relevant KPIs
• Design and implement user journeys with a focus on driving sales and optimizing campaign performance
• Plan and run A/B tests to improve messaging, timing, and campaign structure
• Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and Product teams to design and execute effective campaigns
• Monitor and improve the quality of data used in campaigns
• Prepare analytical reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in eCRM or related fields
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools is a plus
• Experience with marketing automation tools (such as WebEngage or similar local tools)
• Hands-on experience in designing and executing database-driven campaigns (especially SMS)
• Ability to write clear, concise, and behavior-driven messages
• Solid understanding of segmentation, customer journey, funnel conversion, and retention concepts
• High attention to detail and execution accuracy
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with SQL
• Familiarity with the insurance industry
