We are now looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Retention Team — tackling one of the most strategic challenges in the insurance industry: how to keep users engaged, loyal, and active over time. Acquisition is important, but real disruption comes from solving retention. This is a rare opportunity to rethink how an entire market behaves and create solutions that could reshape customer lifetime value in insurance.
Your mission will be to define bold strategies, launch zero-to-one products, run rapid experiments, and transform insights into scalable solutions that make retention our strongest competitive advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Define the retention vision and strategy for BimeBazar, aligned with the company’s broader mission and growth goals.
- Lead end-to-end product initiatives — from zero-to-one idea exploration, experimentation, and validation to scaled rollouts.
- Design and test innovative retention mechanisms (features, incentives, experiences) that can change market dynamics.
- Collaborate closely with Data, Growth, UX, and Engineering teams to build user-centric and evidence-based solutions.
- Act as the voice of the user — deeply understand user behaviors, motivations, and drop-off patterns, and translate them into solutions.
- Establish and track key retention KPIs (engagement, churn, LTV, cohort health) to evaluate impact and guide decisions.
- Continuously explore global retention trends and emerging models across industries, adapting and applying them to insurtech.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, insurtech or any kind of infrequent product like in the OTA industry.
- Zero-to-one mindset: Proven ability to launch and scale new products or features in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Quick researcher: Ability to rapidly gather market, user, and competitive insights to fuel experiments.
- Hypothesis-driven approach: Skilled in framing assumptions, running experiments, and iterating based on evidence.
- Analytical strength: Strong data fluency with the ability to design KPIs, interpret results, and make sound trade-offs.
- User empathy: Deep curiosity about customer behavior, with the ability to translate insights into solutions that drive loyalty.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align teams around a bold retention vision.
- Agility: Comfortable with iterative development, rapid testing, and working in dynamic environments.
