Electronics Circuit Design & Embedded Systems Engineer

We are developing a next-generation EV DC Fast Charging platform including embedded controller boards, power electronics subsystems, CAN-FD vehicle communication, cloud connectivity, telemetry, and intelligent charging management.

We are looking for a hands-on Embedded Hardware & Firmware Engineer to participate in the design, simulation, implementation, and pilot deployment of our EV charging platform.

Responsibilities:
- Design and review electronic circuits and multi-layer PCB boards
- Develop embedded firmware using Embedded C for STM32-based systems
- Work with communication protocols such as CAN/CAN-FD, UART, SPI, and I2C
- Implement charging state machines, monitoring logic, and protection mechanisms
- Participate in hardware bring-up, debugging, and integration
- Develop and validate protection systems including OVP, OCP, thermal shutdown, and fault handling
- Collaborate with power electronics, backend, and mobile application teams
- Perform circuit simulation and testing using industry-standard tools
- Document firmware, schematics, testing procedures, and technical reports

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Embedded C programming
- Experience with STM32 or ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers
- Experience in PCB design using Altium Designer or Orcad
- Familiarity with Pspice, MATLAB, or PSCAD simulation environments
- Experience with embedded debugging and hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Git-based development workflow
- Understanding of power electronics and embedded systems architecture

Nice to Have:
- Experience with EV charging systems or power converters
- Familiarity with FreeRTOS or real-time systems
- Experience with CAN-FD communication
- Familiarity with Flutter-based HMI/mobile interfaces
- Experience in startup or R&D environments

Work Model:
Hybrid / Remote collaboration is possible during design and simulation phases. On-site participation may occasionally be required during integration and pilot testing.
