DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure for our platform. In this role, you will work closely with software engineers  to improve deployment workflows, automate operations, strengthen observability, and ensure the reliability of our production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure for development, staging, and production environments.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and release management using GitLab CI/CD and internal Git workflows.
• Manage and support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring high availability, resilience, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor system health, application performance, and infrastructure reliability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and alerting solutions.
• Improve observability through centralized logging, metrics collection, alerting, and incident analysis.
• Work closely with backend and frontend engineering teams to improve deployment processes, service reliability, and operational readiness.

Required Qualifications

• NginxRequired 3+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux system administration in production environments.
• Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes in real-world deployments.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and hands-on experience with tools such as GitLab CI/CD or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, reverse proxies, load balancing, firewalls, and service communication.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and alerting systems
