
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in marketplace operations. The Platform Supervisor will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing the performance of sellers (vendors) on the platform. This role includes supplier acquisition, vendor relationship management, and ensuring proper implementation of pricing policies. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the dynamics of online marketplaces and can contribute to the growth and efficiency of our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and oversee the acquisition, evaluation, and onboarding of new suppliers
Manage day‑to‑day communication and relationship with vendors to ensure engagement and satisfaction
Implement, monitor, and improve pricing policies in collaboration with the commercial team
Analyze vendor performance data (order rates, delivery quality, customer satisfaction, etc.)
Collaborate with content, operations, and finance teams to enhance the seller experience
Develop and execute campaigns or incentives to increase seller activity and platform growth
Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to management
Requirements & Skills
Minimum 2–3 years of experience working in online marketplaces (Digikala, Snappfood, Basalam, Torob, or similar platforms)
Proven experience in vendor communication, negotiation, and relationship management
Strong understanding of seller acquisition, retention, and marketplace dynamics
Familiarity with pricing strategies and sales performance analytics
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Proficient in tools such as CRM systems, Excel, and performance dashboards
Strong teamwork and decision‑making abilities in fast‑paced environments
