E-commerce Operations & Growth Manager (WordPress/WooCommerce)

We are looking for a highly capable and experienced E-commerce Operations & Growth Manager to fully manage and grow our online store.

This is NOT just a technical support role.  
We need someone who can take ownership, create structure, manage operations, improve performance, and actively execute tasks.

### About Us
- Our website is built with WordPress/WooCommerce
- We currently have 20,000+ products
- This position has never formally existed before, so we need someone who can build processes from scratch and create a clear operational roadmap

### Responsibilities
- Full management of the online store operations
- Create and implement a clear roadmap for growth and scaling
- Organize workflows, priorities, and task management
- Improve product structure, categories, filters, and user experience
- Coordinate and manage technical and operational tasks
- Work directly on the website when needed (not just delegation)
- Optimize website performance and conversion
- Monitor and improve SEO structure and product visibility
- Manage updates, plugins, integrations, and troubleshooting
- Analyze store performance and provide actionable solutions
- Help improve sales strategy and operational efficiency

### Requirements
- Strong experience with WordPress & WooCommerce
- Proven experience managing large-scale e-commerce stores
- Ability to create systems, structure, and operational processes
- Strong management and execution skills
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
- Ability to prioritize and independently solve problems
- Familiarity with SEO, UX, analytics, and e-commerce growth
- Experience handling large product databases is a major plus
- Strong communication and reporting skills
