Job Description
- To collaborate with related PMO and Architecture teams in managing the projects related to the assigned domain of responsibility and To align quality control assigned domain with the company demand management lifecycle process (from requirement gathering, until post-implementation test), delivery, implementation, and deployment plans.
- To establish and maintain the ITS quality control SLAs for company IT Business Units, Vendors/Suppliers of IT .
- To plan and establish and document quality requirements, test cases, test plans , performance test plan and testing materials in collaboration with suppliers/vendors and company stakeholders and relevant quality tools to ensure the agreed quality level of ITS products and Services.
- To have latest update update a business model for information system quality and metrics within the company context, consistent with high performance.
- To validate test plans and test scenarios as per the agreed framework within ITS and vendors.
- To manage different levels of testing, including internal, integration (automated and manual ), user acceptance, and post-implementation test, and ensure they have been done with acceptable quality and raised issues during the test are addressed appropriately.
- To manage all changes in the user acceptance test environment and ensure its availability for business.
- To resolve ITS quality control problems/concerns with customers, test teams, or other staff related to the production of P&S.
- To ensure availability, reliability, and quality of testing systems through aggressive monitoring.
- To provide daily or project-based reports to make test progress and challenges evident to management and related stakeholders.
- To compile various quality management reports, create statistical process control metrics, manage nonconformity material discrepancy reports, quality of solutions in use or to be used, etc. and recommend continuous improvement activities
- To develop a deep understanding and hands-on proficiency in conducting manual and automated regression testing on various software platforms, including applications, websites, and web services.
- To update Testlink, Icare, ITM, IPM, and performance test tools and work actively with various Quality tools on a daily basis
- To generate performance test plan, test case, test Script,…with Non-functional testing knowledge and execution of performance test by standard tools(Like jmeter,WPLT,…)
- To gain comprehensive expertise in automating API testing for various technologies and protocols using standard tools and open-source libraries( selenium/Jmeter ) and API testing for any type of the technology like ( Rest, WebSocket, Postman,SOAP UI, Burp, Swagger …).
- To demonstrate deep understanding of ISTQB-aligned test approaches, test design techniques, and effective test planning, and provide test planning, test design, test data preparation, manual test execution, system and Integration test, automation test by Java,automation tools like Jmeter, and ensure they have been done with acceptable quality
