EMS Sales Specialist (Energy Management Systems)

Job Description
Analyze customers’ energy consumption structures including electricity, gas, and other energy carriers
Identify optimization opportunities and provide technical solutions based on customer requirements Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement Cloud-Based and On-Premise EMS solutions
Deliver technical presentations to industrial clients and technical managers Prepare technical and commercial proposals and RFQ/RFP responses
Conduct negotiations, follow up contracts, and ensure sales achievement Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industrial customers
Gather customer feedback and coordinate with product development teams Work with industrial automation systems such as SCADA, BMS, PLC, and industrial communication protocols including Modbus, BACnet, OPC, and MQTT
Identify target industries and develop new business opportunities Participate in exhibitions, specialized events, and networking activities related to energy management
Prepare sales pipeline and market analysis reports for management Collaborate with marketing teams to produce technical content related to EMS solutions

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Control Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales of energy systems, industrial automation, or monitoring software
Strong understanding of energy management systems, instrumentation, industrial networks, SCADA, and BMS Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and energy data analysis concepts
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills Ability to analyze markets, competitors, and manage the sales cycle effectively
Good command of English language for technical communication and presentations Analytical mindset, teamwork spirit, attention to detail, and strong follow-up skills

Nice to Have
Experience working with Energy Management Systems (EMS) projects Familiarity with industrial energy optimization standards and regulations
Experience in industrial sectors such as steel, cement, petrochemical, or automotive industries
