What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and implement backend services using .NET Core and C#
• Build scalable, decoupled systems following microservices architecture
• Collaborate with product, front-end, and DevOps teams to ensure end-to-end system integrity
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability
• Ensure system monitoring, documentation, and performance optimization

What We’re Looking For:

• +3 years of professional experience as a back-end or software engineer
• Strong experience with .NET Core and C#
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and clean code principles
• Proven experience working with microservices architecture 
• Hands-on experience with different ORMs and Message Brokers (e.g., dapper and RabbitMQ)
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and database design principles
• Experience working in containerized environments (e.g., Docker)
• Ability to apply design and architectural patterns appropriately
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to Haves:

• Knowledge of TSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with CQRS architectures
• Hands-on with event sourcing or Saga patterns for complex financial transactions
• Exposure to Stimulsoft or other enterprise reporting engines
• Prior experience in high-frequency trading, payments, or risk management
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (like Grafana, Elastic APM, Kibana, PMM, etc.)
