

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically minded Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the development, execution, and optimization of strategies for dermatological therapeutic products, driving sustainable growth and reinforcing our leadership in this highly competitive field.
This role requires a deep understanding of therapeutic dermatology solutions, strong cross-functional management, and the ability to translate scientific and clinical insights into impactful brand strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lifecycle Management: Oversee products from development to launch and post-marketing.
· Market Analysis: Track trends, competition, and opportunities through research.
· Strategy Development: Define pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with R&D, regulatory, sales, and project teams.
· Revenue Growth: Drive market share, profitability, and sales performance.
· Market Feedback: Collect insights from HCPs, patients, and stakeholders.
· Budget Management: Control budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
· Brand Planning: Build and present annual marketing plans for each product.
· Tactical Execution: Deliver and track tactical plans via sales and field teams.
· Product Knowledge: Ensure sales force and field managers maintain high expertise.
· Campaign Tracking: Monitor and evaluate campaign (patient centric) effectiveness and ROI.
