We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager to take full ownership of our online store growth, marketing strategy, and operational management.

This role is not limited to running ads or basic marketing tasks.  
We need someone who can manage the bigger picture, build structure, coordinate different parts of the business, improve sales performance, and actively help grow the brand.

### About Us
- Our online store is built on WordPress/WooCommerce
- We currently manage 20,000+ products
- We are looking for someone who can bring structure, strategy, and growth to the business

### Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
- Manage and improve overall e-commerce performance
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across different channels
- Coordinate with developers, designers, content creators, and other team members
- Improve conversion rates and customer experience
- Analyze sales performance, traffic, and marketing data
- Optimize product visibility, SEO, and online presence
- Help organize workflows, priorities, and operational structure
- Identify growth opportunities and new sales channels
- Supervise website updates, content, and campaign execution
- Work hands-on when needed and not only at a management level

### Requirements
- Strong experience in Digital Marketing and E-commerce
- Experience managing or growing online stores
- Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, analytics, content strategy, and conversion optimization
- Strong management and coordination skills
- Ability to build systems and improve operational structure
- Familiarity with WordPress/WooCommerce
- Strategic thinking combined with execution ability
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with large-scale product catalogs is a plus
