 Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project-related activities to ensure alignment with business goals and deliverables
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to foster collaboration and transparency
•  Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigating strategies
• Assist in resource allocation and management to optimize project efficiency
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, in collaboration with project stakeholders
• Track project progress and report on key performance indicators to project sponsors and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or any related fields
•  Experience in FinTech and LendTech industries is a plus.
•  Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination and project management role
•  Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, similar)
•  Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
