

Roles & Responsibilities
• To manage research to determine the positioning of new B2B products, business risks, and developing solutions based on corporate segments.
• To develop product strategy, portfolio, and roadmap for Enterprise solutions and support the strategic direction of all cross-functional areas within the organization concerning new corporate product development and existing corporate product management.
• To define new corporate products and services solutions required to meet the targets considering revenue and subscriber.
• To manage the Enterprise solutions development programs and the implementation of the related programs to ensure that developing products are following business ROI rules.
• To collaborate with various teams and ensure all engineering, sales, and operational aspects related to delivering a successful product to EB customers are met.
• To identify solution partners for delivering new products and services compatible with existing MTNIrancell infrastructure.
• To run weekly P&S meetings to track solution development progress, ensure the team is committed to the roadmap, and remove the roadblocks.
• To manage to focus on the end-to-end solution development and product lifecycle from business analysis, the feasibility check, Basic market research, planning, design, implementation, integration, sales flow, support flow, customer journey, and service fulfillment.
• To work closely with all the involved parties in solution development process to identify the bottlenecks and support resolving solution-related issues promptly.
• To provide technical presentations and proposals and present them to customers for business and clarification purposes
• To monitor regulatory requirements and their impact on day-to-day Enterprise solution management.
• To establish and maintain technical/strategic relationships with MTN Irancell’s internal departments to help accelerate the solution development process.
• To trace the industry’s emerging trends, growth, and predictions and bring insights down to solutions like IoT to actionable models to deploy and test.
• To collaborate with EB Marketing to seek and identify new markets, segments, and customers and provide solutions, entrance strategy, and planning for new and existing products within different industries, including but not limited to corporate and banking, financial, stock and insurance market.
• To continuously refine products/solutions to take advantage of untapped revenue opportunities within the specified market in different industries.
• To manage and present to senior levels the post-implementation product analysis and product review to ensure compliance to set product objectives, establish best practices, benchmarking, and TQM.
• To collaborate with the Enterprise Sales team to prepare customized and general proposals for different companies and corporates for the Products and Services.
• To prepare conceptualized solutions and create a market, based on the customer’s future requirements.
Education
• Bachelor Degree in Commerce (Network Engineering /Telecommunication and IT Engineering) or related discipline
• MBA/Masters of engineering in IT/communication/Telecom are advantageous
Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the area of specialization; with experience in supervising/managing others
• Required domain experience: Network design (CCNP or higher), cloud infrastructure solutions, Mobile Core architecture, and Wireline & Wireless technology.
• Experience in NFV is advantageous.
• Experience in client support and advisory technical role (Solution architect, system administrator, technical account manager, or equivalent)
• Experience working in a medium to large organization
• Experience working across diverse cultures and geographies is advantageous
