At Miare, we are looking for a highly capable Product Lead to drive product development across operational domains and help improve operational efficiency and user experience.

In this role, you will work closely with technical and business teams to identify problems, prioritize solutions, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment. You will also collaborate with and help lead a cross-functional team across different product and technical functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product initiatives from discovery to execution.
• Identify and prioritize operational and product challenges.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, support, and business teams.
• Define product requirements, priorities, and success metrics.
• Drive execution and ensure smooth cross-functional delivery.
• Use data and operational insights to support product decisions.
• Improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Lead and develop the team, including hiring and performance management, in consultation with the Technical Lead.

Task Complexity:

This role requires working in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment while managing operational, technical, and business priorities simultaneously. You will be responsible for coordinating execution across multiple teams and solving operational problems with direct business impact, balancing short-term execution needs with long-term product improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or similar roles.
• Previous managerial or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of software products and development processes.
• Experience in operationally complex industries such as logistics, fintech, or mobility.
• Experience in hiring, team development, and performance management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
