Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

·      To provide Customer Service to all walk-in clients by following to resolve queries or escalate to appropriate divisions ( AHD team at CR)

·      To ensure a positive experience has been made for visited Subscribers and potential clients to increase sales and service performance.

·      To identify and facilitate services/sales improvements as needed in MTNI Stores to increase customer satisfaction.

·      To achieve predefined service levels and sales targets in MTNI Store.

·      To handle all MTNI Store issues/activities with following by relevant departments and report to the Area Sales Manager.

·      To provide regular reports to the Area Sales Manager about MTNI Store activities, including Daily sales and services.

·      To ensure customer documentation processes, including registration, itemized Bill, Sim Swap, etc., are available in MTNI Store.

·      To support S&D promotional sales and services plans (e.g., exhibition) to increase market share and respond to environmental needs.

·      To monitor and ensure all the usage of representatives’ accesses is aligned with MTNIrancell Policies.

·      To ensure daily report (daily sales at MTNI Store) is balanced with ERP report and all of the retail transactions of representative are done.

·      To effectively participate in out-of-store projects to introduce products and services as B2C.  

·      To ensure the adequate supervision and functionality of the MTNI Store environment by controlling the MTNI Store Opex budget and cash-up Settlement with Bank on time.

·      To conduct forecasting of MTNI Store needs consumable items to ensure optimum MTNI Store stock levels.

·      To conduct daily/weekly/monthly meetings with MTNI Store Representatives to ensure all the MTNI Store’s processes are aligned with MTNIrancell Policies.

Education

·      Bachelor degree in Commerce (Marketing / Communication) or related

Experience

·      Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail or service environment (Service Industry preferred); with experience in supervising others

·      Experience working in a medium organization
