We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination, effective stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving risks, issues, and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities
. Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones
. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution 
. Track project progress and adjust plans as needed 
. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution
. Communicate project status, updates, and escalations to stakeholders
. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements 
. Manage changes to scope, schedule, and resources
. Maintain project documentation and reporting
. Drive day-to-day execution across teams 
. Ensure alignment between departments 
. Follow up on tasks and enforce accountability 
. Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders 
. Align expectations across business, ops, tech, etc. 
. Manage stakeholder conflicts 
. Define mitigation and contingency plans 
. Track and resolve issues proactively 
. Identify delays and take corrective actions 
. Manage changes in scope, timeline, or resources 
. Assess impact of changes 
. Ensure proper approval and documentation 
. Validate outputs before final delivery 
. Conduct retrospectives / lessons learned 
. Feed insights into future projects 
 
Qualifications 
. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field 
. 3–5+ years of relevant project management experience 
. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus 
. Experience working in cross-functional environments 
. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting is an advantage
