We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination, effective stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving risks, issues, and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution 
Track project progress and adjust plans as needed 
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution
Communicate project status, updates, and escalations to stakeholders
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements 
Manage changes to scope, schedule, and resources
Maintain project documentation and reporting
Drive day-to-day execution across teams 
Ensure alignment between departments 
Follow up on tasks and enforce accountability 
Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders 
Align expectations across business, ops, tech, etc. 
Manage stakeholder conflicts 
Define mitigation and contingency plans 
Track and resolve issues proactively 
Identify delays and take corrective actions 
Manage changes in scope, timeline, or resources 
Assess impact of changes 
Ensure proper approval and documentation 
Validate outputs before final delivery 
Conduct retrospectives / lessons learned 
Feed insights into future projects 
 
Qualifications 
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field 
3–5+ years of relevant project management experience 
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus 
Experience working in cross-functional environments 
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting is an advantage
