
Please note: This is a 1-month project-based on-site contract role.
We are looking for an Account Manager to help grow Jabama Ads by acquiring new customers and supporting
the management of their advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities
Identify and contact potential customers among Jabama hosts
Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers
Act as the main contact point for customers during campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams to execute & manage campaign deliverables
Monitor campaign progress and provide weekly performance reports to customers
Gather customer feedback and identify renewal or upsell opportunities
Requirements
Experience in sales, account management, or customer success
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to explain advertising services clearly and persuasively
Good follow-up discipline and ownership of the sales pipeline
Ability to coordinate with different teams and manage customer expectations
Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising campaigns
