Marketmate is an AI-driven market intelligence and analytics platform focused on transforming how commodity markets are analyzed and understood. Starting with the steel and commodity supply chain, we help users and organizations make faster, smarter, and more data-driven decisions through real-time market insights, analytics, and AI-powered tools.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities; someone who can simultaneously drive user growth, sales initiatives, and build MarketMate into a leading brand in commodity market intelligence.
Mission:
Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to:
•    Drive sustainable user growth
•    Scale and expand sales operations
•    Establish and strengthen MarketMate as a trusted leader in commodity market data and analytics
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
•    Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals
•    Design acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns to drive sustainable product growth
•    Define and track measurable OKRs and KPIs across all marketing channels
•    Manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on CAC, LTV, ROI, and growth efficiency
•    Collaborate closely with the product team to strengthen brand positioning and create differentiated customer experiences
•    Create and develop sales enablement materials including Pitch Decks, Case Studies, Whitepapers, and industry-focused content
•    Develop and execute user growth strategies for MarketMate’s platform and applications
•    Manage the full user lifecycle including Acquisition, Activation, Retention, and Reactivation
•    Run growth experiments and continuous conversion optimization initiatives
•    Analyze user behavior and optimize onboarding, activation, and product usage funnels
•    Collaborate closely with product and data teams to improve user engagement and retention
Digital Marketing & Performance
•    Manage and optimize Performance Marketing channels including Google Ads, Social Ads, and other paid acquisition channels
•    Utilize attribution models and data analysis to optimize campaign performance and budget allocation
•    Develop Marketing Automation and Lifecycle Marketing processes
•    Monitor and continuously optimize key growth metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV
•    Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to improve campaign effectiveness
Data, Analytics & Tools
•    Analyze marketing and user behavior data using tools such as Clarity and Google Analytics
•    Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reporting systems for data-driven decision-making
•    Design reporting frameworks to measure marketing channel and campaign performance
•    Build a culture of experimentation, analytics, and data-driven decision-making within the marketing team

Required Skills & Experience
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, growth, or brand strategy roles within technology companies or startups
•    Hands-on experience scaling products during early-stage or MVP phases
•    Strong expertise in Performance Marketing, and Marketing Automation
•    Proven experience designing and executing growth and acquisition campaigns
•    Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on business KPIs and metrics
•    Strong project management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
•    Ability to work effectively with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills
•    Experience working in SaaS, fintech, market intelligence, or data-driven platforms
•    Familiarity with steel, commodity markets, or related industries
•    Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms
•    Familiarity with CRM systems and Lifecycle Marketing tools
•    Experience working in data-driven and AI-powered product environments
