Job Description
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics and prepare reports.
Implementation and facilitation of HR needed projects in the following areas: career planning, performance management, employee relations, compensation and rewards, employee engagement, retention and strategic development and help organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
Provide insightful data to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions
Participate in the continual execution and measurement of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and L&D
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talents.
Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
Provide coaching for hiring managers on interview best practices and all matters related to talent acquisition.
Research and analyze current systems; make recommendations to improve workflow and develop new staffing processes (i.e. New sourcing methods, evaluation tools, advertising strategies).
Try to adjust the interview process to reduce costs and to improve the accuracy and efficiency of it.
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
Undertake tasks around the teams’ needs assessment.
Requirements:
General HR experience or experience as a direct people manager or relevant experience specifically in technology-oriented environments or technical organizations
Great communication skills and understand of how to communicate complex change
Experience collaborating with various HR disciplines including compensation, recruiting, employee relations, and talent management
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done and the next moment being part of deeply complex strategy discussions
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Knowledge of sourcing and talent attraction methods
Work well as part of a team, as well as autonomously.
