Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics and prepare reports.
  • Implementation and facilitation of HR needed projects in the following areas: career planning, performance management, employee relations, compensation and rewards, employee engagement, retention and strategic development and help organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Provide insightful data to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions
  • Participate in the continual execution and measurement of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and L&D
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talents.
  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
  • Provide coaching for hiring managers on interview best practices and all matters related to talent acquisition.
  • Research and analyze current systems; make recommendations to improve workflow and develop new staffing processes (i.e. New sourcing methods, evaluation tools, advertising strategies).
  • Try to adjust the interview process to reduce costs and to improve the accuracy and efficiency of it.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Undertake tasks around the teams’ needs assessment.


Requirements:

  • General HR experience or experience as a direct people manager or relevant experience specifically in technology-oriented environments or technical organizations
  • Great communication skills and understand of how to communicate complex change
  • Experience collaborating with various HR disciplines including compensation, recruiting, employee relations, and talent management
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done and the next moment being part of deeply complex strategy discussions
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and talent attraction methods
  • Work well as part of a team, as well as autonomously.
