Job Description

At Digikala, we are looking for a Business Development Manager; a strategic, results-driven professional with strong market development capabilities and deep hands-on experience in gold, silver, capital markets, fintech, or digital financial services.

This role is ideal for someone who can design and execute the growth path for Digikala’s digital financial and investment services by developing a deep understanding of the market, key players, revenue models, and product development opportunities. The selected candidate should have strong capabilities in networking, negotiation, building strategic partnerships, business model design, and leading cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies in digital gold and silver, fintech, and digital investment products.
  • Analyze the gold and silver markets, capital markets, commodity exchange, industry trends, key players, and related revenue models.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities, market expansion initiatives, and improvements to existing business models.
  • Design and develop partnerships with suppliers, investment platforms, fintech companies, financial institutions, and other ecosystem players.
  • Build, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with key market players.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, design partnership frameworks, and finalize commercial agreements.
  • Collaborate on the design and development of products and services related to gold, digital silver, gift cards, and other digital financial products.
  • Analyze competitors, market behavior, customer needs, and product development opportunities.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to drive cross-functional projects.
  • Monitor the commercial performance of partnerships and analyze growth, revenue, profitability, and P&L impact metrics.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of gold, silver, commodity exchange, capital markets, and related investment instruments.
  • Direct experience in businesses related to gold, silver, fintech, wealth tech, payments, investment, or digital financial services.
  • Familiarity with key players in the financial and investment markets, including platforms, financial institutions, brokerages, funds, and companies active in the gold and investment ecosystem.
  • Ability to analyze business models, design revenue models, and evaluate commercial opportunities.
  • Ability to analyze markets, competitors, and growth opportunities, and translate analytical insights into executable plans.
  • Solid understanding of Growth, Strategy, P&L, Unit Economics, and Market Development.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product teams to improve products, develop services, and design new growth paths.
  • Skilled in managing cross-functional projects and driving complex initiatives in dynamic environments.
