Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, including utilizing various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Manage and oversee multiple job requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
