We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and help drive data-informed decision making across the business. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and the ability to deeply explore complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large-scale data, translating ambiguous business questions into structured analysis, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In addition to strong analytical skills, we value ownership, proactive problem-solving, and familiarity with modern data tools and workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and product performance to generate actionable insights.
• Build dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks.
• Work closely with product, business, operations, and engineering teams.
• Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership of analytical projects from problem definition to insight delivery and follow-through.
• Availability to occasionally assist with high-priority business or data incidents when required. 

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics or BI roles.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, A/B testing methodologies, and experimental design.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Strong Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
• Familiarity with Airflow and data engineering concepts.
• Experience with BI/dashboarding tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and ownership mindset. 
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have
