Job Description – Content Manager
We at Lorenzo are looking to hire a Content Manager to grow our marketing team.

If you are someone who can manage the content production process, plan and execute structured content activities, and ensure quality and consistency of outputs, this role is a great fit for you.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the content workflow and ensuring the proper execution of the content plan. Experience and familiarity with AI tools in content creation and management is also an important part of this position.

 
1. Responsibilities
Manage and execute the Content Calendar

Plan and produce content for social media, website, and campaigns
—
Manage the content production process from idea to publication
—
Review and perform initial quality control of content
—
Ensure content alignment with brand identity (Brand Voice & Brand Consistency)
—
Manage content publishing and scheduling
—
Collaborate with the marketing team in executing content campaigns
—
Use AI tools to optimize the content production process
—
Support content creation for brand products, campaigns, and projects
—
Perform initial content performance analysis and reporting
—
Work with the marketing team to improve content performance

 
2. Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in Content Management
—
Experience in content production and digital marketing
—
Strong knowledge of Content Calendar planning and management
—
Familiarity with Content Strategy and content creation principles
—
Experience and strong skills in using AI tools for content creation, management, or optimization
—
Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, Midjourney, or similar tools is a strong advantage
—
Good understanding of Brand Positioning and Brand Voice
—
Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously
—
Strong skills in follow-up and task management
—
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
—
Basic knowledge of SEO and performance content is a plus
—
Experience in startup, fashion, lifestyle, or AI environments is a plus
