Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)
We are looking for a confident and driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our remote team on an international project. You will be reaching out to business clients across Canada, so exceptional English fluency is essential  both spoken and written.
  Working hours: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Iran time), aligned with Canadian business hours.

  
Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients across Canada through LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
• Initiate outreach via social media, email, and cold calls
• Send professional follow-up communications and nurture early-stage conversations
• Pass qualified leads to the sales team with accurate records
• Maintain organized lead data in CRM/tracking systems
• Continuously look for ways to improve outreach effectiveness

 
Requirements

•  Exceptional English fluency spoken and written (essential)
• Proven experience in lead generation, cold outreach, or B2B prospecting
• Confident communicator with strong rapport-building skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and reliable working independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram for business outreach
• Background in beauty, cosmetics, or aesthetics advantage
