Sales Engineer

Position Overview
An international company , active in the filed of industrial equipment, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join the regional sales team of an international industrial equipment manufacturer serving the Oil & Gas and Power industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving annual sales targets across assigned markets.

This role is based in Tehran and requires frequent travel within Iran and Turkey.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, end users, consultants, and key stakeholders in the Oil & Gas and Power sectors
* Identify new business opportunities and actively promote the company’s industrial equipment and solutions
* Achieve assigned annual sales targets and contribute to regional business growth
* Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals
* Coordinate with internal technical, commercial, and operational teams to ensure timely and effective customer support
* Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, negotiations, and presentations
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
* Support contract negotiations and order execution processes
* Maintain regular reporting and sales forecasting activities

Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Process, or Instrumentation Engineering
* Experience or familiarity with sales and/or procurement of industrial equipment in the Oil & Gas or Power industries
* Strong understanding of EPC business processes and industrial project environments
* Fluency in English and Turkish is mandatory
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset
* Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently without direct supervision
* Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Iran and Turkey
