Responsibilities:

• Design and execute market research projects based on business and operational challenges.
• Translate business problems into measurable research questions and select suitable methodologies.
• Design research tools including questionnaires, interview guides, and focus group guidelines.
• Coordinate and monitor data collection processes to ensure quality, segmentation accuracy, and timely execution.
• Build effective communication with vendors (restaurants) and bikers using the appropriate approach for each audience.
• Manage scheduling and coordination of promoters, interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
• Collect, clean, and analyze internal and external datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Conduct descriptive and diagnostic analyses to support business decision-making.
• Use AI tools to optimize research workflows and improve operational processes.
• Prepare presentations and insightful reports for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of market research methodologies and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application in research processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate different teams simultaneously.
• Experience with Jira, PowerPoint, and Python is considered a plus.
