Senior DevOps Engineer

 Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using tools such as
Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and ArgoCD
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
using Terraform and Ansible
• Deploy, manage, and scale Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads in production
environments
• Collaborate closely with multiple engineering teams to improve deployment workflows,
operational processes, and platform reliability
• Configure and maintain monitoring and observability platforms such
as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
• Manage and support messaging and streaming platforms including Kafka and RabbitMQ
• Configure and maintain ingress controllers, API gateways, and load balancers such
as NGINX, HAProxy, and Kong
• Administer Linux servers and automate operational tasks using Bash and Python
• Support and optimize databases and storage systems
including PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, and MiniO
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and improve scalability,
reliability, and availability across services
• Work with Java-based application environments and support development teams
throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Collaborate with engineering teams to perform performance, load, and stress testing using
tools such as JMeter and k6 to improve system reliability and scalability

Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or
related roles
• Strong experience with Linux system administration and automation
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and DevOps methodologies
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms
• Good understanding of networking and security concepts
• Experience working with cloud-native and distributed systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced engineering environments
• Familiarity with Java-based systems and development environments
• Working knowledge of Python scripting and automation
• Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and team-work and analytical thinking
