Responsibilities:
- Establishing communication and correspondence with foreign suppliers.
- Receiving and reviewing proforma invoices, and conducting price comparisons.
- Placing orders and following up on import-related procedures.
- Coordinating international shipping and tracking the dispatch and delivery of shipments.
- Reviewing and controlling import documentation.
- Collaborating with the finance, technical, and warehouse departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Preparing periodic reports on order status and supply chain.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English (business correspondence and conversation).
- Strong command of Excel and ability to prepare reports.
- Familiarity with import processes and related affairs.
- Accuracy, organization, and consistent follow-through on tasks.
- Teamwork and time management skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
