Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic marketing manager to lead our marketing team and drive the growth of our brand. This is a key leadership role that requires a creative thinker with a proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Manage, develop, and lead the multidivisional marketing teams, providing on and off-the-field guidance and support to respective divisional sales teams in achieving their sales objectives with robust and innovative strategies and brand-building activities.
Design and create innovative marketing collaterals and inputs for the promotion of the brands across all channels and ensuring consistency in communication besides ensuring effective utilization of such marketing tools.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and suggest NPD ideas.
Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve cost efficiency.
Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams such as distribution, sales, medico marketing, training, regulatory, product development, design, and HO.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.
Ensure achievement of targeted brand-wise objectives with a key focus on a year-on-year increase in market share to attain a leadership position in the said TC.

Requirements:


Pharmacy graduate or postgraduate with an MBA degree.
At least 10 to 15 years of experience in marketing in leading pharma companies in Iran, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing practices.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical abilities
Advanced level proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint etc.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English besides Persian.
