We are building a digital freight forwarding platform that helps businesses get fast, transparent shipping quotes and book international shipments online.

We are now looking for a hands-on, fast, and sales-driven operator to join our early team.

  What you will do

Handle incoming leads (WhatsApp / email / platform)
Collect shipment details and prepare quotes
Follow up with customers until booking is closed
Help customers finalize their shipments
Update CRM and track every deal
Work directly on revenue (not just support)

  Compensation

Base salary (stable foundation)
Performance-based commission per booking
Bonus for fast closing and repeat customers
