

We are seeking a highly competent, authoritative, and passionate Kindergarten Supervisor to lead and support our English-language early childhood program. The ideal candidate is an experienced educational leader with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor teaching staff to ensure high educational standards
Develop, review, and oversee daily lesson plans and curriculum implementation
Conduct daily classroom observations and provide constructive feedback
Lead staff meetings and organize professional workshops
Ensure proper implementation of the Jolly Phonics system
Monitor classroom management and teaching quality
Communicate effectively with parents and management team
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of proven experience in a supervisory role in early childhood education
Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Strong ability to write syllabus and conduct daily class observations
Experience leading meetings and conducting specialized training workshops
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles
Familiarity with international early years standards and curriculum planning
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Relevant degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, or ELT.
