Train his/her own team and increase their capability.
Keep in touch with medical staff.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in line with the company strategy.
Improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Research data on competitors and market conditions.
Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, service, support, customer services, marketing, and finance.
Fully operational in sales techniques, master all operational tools.
Requirements:
5 years of previous experience in pharmaceutical sales.
Full-time worker.
Fast learner.
Multi-task person.
Patient in pressure.
Ready to travel every time within the country and other countries.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English.
