We are looking for a professional, energetic, and results-driven Enterprise Sales Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong capabilities in building relationships with enterprise clients, delivering product demonstrations, conducting negotiations, and successfully driving sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle.
The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of electronic payments, open banking, and digital financial services, with the ability to professionally manage client meetings, identify business needs, and present tailored commercial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective customers
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage the sales process through contract closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Analyze customer needs and propose tailored business solutions
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records
- Collaborate with product, operations, and technical teams to enhance customer experience
- Represent the company in external business meetings, events, and industry gatherings
- Follow up consistently on leads, opportunities, and partnership discussions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Proven experience in conducting professional product demos
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Deep understanding of electronic payments, PSPs, fintech ecosystem, or open banking solutions
- Ability to manage and nurture complex sales pipelines
- Strong follow-up discipline and opportunity management skills
- Results-oriented mindset with strong accountability
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Experience preparing commercial proposals, business cases, and presentations is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
