
1) Cascade corporate strategy into aligned subsidiary-level OKRs, strategic initiatives, and measurable execution plans.
2) Design, implement, and govern a group-wide OKR framework to drive alignment, accountability, transparency, and performance management across the organization.
3)Define and monitor enterprise-wide KPIs, SLAs, and strategic performance indicators to ensure operational and strategic alignment.
4)Facilitate strategic alignment workshops, quarterly business reviews, and OKR evaluation cycles across subsidiaries.
5)Develop executive dashboards, OKR tracking systems, SLA monitoring reports, and strategic performance analytics for leadership visibility and decision-making.
6)Identify performance gaps, SLA deviations, strategic misalignment risks, and continuous improvement opportunities through analytics and benchmarking.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
1) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields from a recognized public/state university is mandatory.
2) Master’s degree or MBA is considered an advantage.
3)Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, corporate planning, management consulting, or business transformation.
4)Strong understanding of strategic planning, performance management, and OKR/KPI methodologies.
5)Experience in business planning, feasibility studies, and strategic analysis.
6)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
7)Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
8)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
9)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and multi-business environment.
