At Keepa, we are looking for a Finance Operations Manager to lead financial operations, manage financial execution teams, and develop scalable financial processes.
This role serves as the bridge between financial strategy and operational execution, ensuring the accuracy, stability, compliance, and efficiency of financial processes in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
Financial Operations Management
- Lead and manage financial operations teams
- Oversee Payment, Settlement, and Reconciliation processes
- Manage treasury operations, liquidity, and cash flow
- Supervise accurate accounting entries and control of statutory books
- Ensure continuity, accuracy, and stability of daily financial operations
- Identify operational risks and manage escalations
Accounting, Reporting & Financial Controls
- Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements
- Prepare managerial, financial, and analytical reports for senior management
- Design and improve internal controls and financial processes
- Oversee reconciliation accuracy and operational SLA compliance
- Improve financial process efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks
Tax, Audit & Compliance Management
- Manage internal and external audit processes
- Coordinate with auditors and prepare required documentation
- Oversee tax-related processes, including:
- VAT
- Seasonal reports
- Iranian Taxpayer System (Samaneh Modian)
- Corporate tax returns
- Manage insurance, payroll, and compliance with Social Security requirements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, legal requirements, and internal controls
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage, develop, and coach finance and operations teams
- Define priorities, distribute workloads, and monitor team performance
- Build scalable financial structures and reduce operational dependencies
- Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Risk, and Business teams
- Align financial operations with business growth and expansion needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations, Accounting, Treasury, or Financial Control
- Experience managing finance and operations teams
- Experience in fintech, lending, payment, or transaction-based businesses is a plus
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial statement preparation
- Solid understanding of internal and external audit processes
- Strong knowledge of Iranian tax regulations, statutory books, insurance, and financial compliance requirements
- Full familiarity with Samaneh Modian and tax-related processes
- Strong understanding of:
- Treasury
- Cash Flow
- Budgeting
- Payment & Settlement Operations
- Full proficiency in Rahkaran ERP (Hamkaran System)
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or analytical tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and crisis management skills
