

Digital Content Creator & Brand Media Manager
Full-Time / Hybrid / On-Site
The Nickman Collective is looking for a highly creative, independent, and detail-oriented Content Creator & Brand Media Manager to join our growing team.
We are seeking someone who can work solo with minimal supervision and fully manage the content production pipeline — from shooting and editing to publishing and social media management.
This role is ideal for someone who is both creatively driven and technically skilled, with strong experience in photography, videography, editing, branding, and digital storytelling.
Responsibilities
Content Creation
Capture high-quality photos and videos using:
Professional cameras (Sony, Canon, etc.)
Smartphones for mobilegraphy and social-first content
Create engaging visual content for:
Instagram
LinkedIn
Reels & Shorts
Stories
Promotional campaigns
Branding and recruitment materials
Produce cinematic and modern content aligned with the company’s visual identity
Editing & Post-Production
Edit professional photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns
Color grade footage and optimize visuals for different platforms
Create motion graphics, transitions, captions, and engaging edits
Deliver polished final content with fast turnaround times
Social Media Management
Manage and maintain company social media accounts
Plan, organize, and schedule content calendars
Write captions and optimize posts for engagement and reach
Monitor trends and suggest creative content ideas
Maintain consistent branding across all platforms
Respond to messages/comments when needed
Website Content Management
Update and maintain company website content regularly
Upload and optimize new projects, articles, photos, videos, and announcements
Ensure website content stays modern, accurate, and visually aligned with the brand identity
Coordinate website visuals and written content with ongoing social media campaigns
Manage homepage banners, portfolio sections, recruitment posts, and promotional updates
Perform basic website edits and content publishing through CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar systems
Monitor website appearance and user experience across desktop and mobile devices
Maintain consistency between website branding and social media presence
Creative Direction
Independently plan shoots and content ideas
Scout locations and prepare shooting concepts
Understand luxury branding, architecture, construction, real estate, and modern design aesthetics
Help grow brand visibility and audience engagement
Requirements
Proven experience in content creation and social media management
Strong portfolio of photography and videography work
Professional-level editing skills
Experience with:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe Lightroom
Adobe Photoshop
DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
CapCut or mobile editing apps
Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content strategy
Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Additional Preferred Skills
Experience with website management platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.)
Basic understanding of UI/UX and modern web aesthetics
Familiarity with SEO & GEO fundamentals and content optimization
Ability to write and structure web-friendly content
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in architecture, real estate, luxury branding, or construction industries
Drone videography experience
Motion graphics and animation skills
Knowledge of social media analytics and growth strategies
Multilingual abilities are a plus
