We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure and deployment pipelines across enterprise environments.
This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, ownership mindset, problem-solving capability, and the ability to lead infrastructure and automation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for enterprise-grade applications and services
• Manage and optimize cloud and on-premise infrastructure environments
• Automate deployment, monitoring, scaling, and operational processes
• Ensure system reliability, high availability, performance, and security across production environments
• Collaborate closely with Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex production incidents
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and configuration management
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify operational improvements
• Support containerized environments and orchestration platforms
• Participate in architecture design and technical decision-making processes
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices across teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, System Engineering, or Infrastructure Operations
• Strong experience with Linux administration and scripting
• Solid experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and virtualization technologies
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar
• Strong understanding of networking, security, monitoring, and logging concepts
• Experience working in high-availability and enterprise-scale environments
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skill
• Ability to manage critical incidents under pressure and provide technical leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecom, large-scale enterprise, or high-traffic environments
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Zabbix
• Relevant certifications are considered a plus
