Stock Market Data and AI Project

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated person to help with a stock market data project. The work includes collecting data from different APIs and websites, cleaning and standardizing the data with Python, saving it into PostgreSQL, and preparing organized datasets for future machine learning and deep learning work.

This is a good opportunity for someone interested in stock market data, financial data, and mathematical thinking. If you do not know some parts of the project, do not worry. We will teach you step by step.

We strongly prefer a motivated, energetic person who is willing to learn with skill level 70 over a tired or disappointed person with skill level 100. Motivation, responsibility, and willingness to improve are very important for this role.

Main Responsibilities
·         Collect data from financial APIs and websites.

·         Clean and standardize data using Python and pandas.

·         Save clean data into PostgreSQL tables.

·         Create plots, reports, and data-quality checks.

·         Use Codex, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools to help with coding and debugging.

·         Review, understand, and improve AI-generated code.

Required Skills
·         Good Python programming skills.

·         Experience with pandas and data cleaning.

·         Basic SQL and PostgreSQL knowledge.

·         Ability to work with APIs and data pipelines.

·         Experience with data visualization and reporting.

·         Comfortable using Codex, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools in English.

·         Ability to review, test, and understand AI-generated code.

·         Systematic and mathematical thinking.

·         Interest in financial data, stock market data, and AI-based projects.

Preferred Background

·         Strong mathematical or statistical mindset.

Compensation:

Salary: 30M–40M
