CoVision is looking for a Marketing Product Manager to lead and execute end-to-end marketing operations across our AI, software, digital product, and footwear-related projects.
This is not a traditional marketing manager role. We are looking for someone who can combine product thinking, marketing execution, team coordination, and data-driven decision-making — not someone who only schedules tasks or delegates work.
The right person should be able to turn business goals into real marketing outputs: campaigns, landing pages, content plans, ads, funnels, reports, and final deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Own daily and weekly marketing execution across CoVision projects
- Turn marketing goals into clear tasks, timelines, campaigns, and deliverables
- Manage content calendars, campaign plans, landing pages, and marketing outputs
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, PPC specialists, developers, and management
- Write clear briefs for content, design, ads, landing pages, and campaigns
- Review marketing outputs for quality, brand alignment, clarity, and commercial impact
- Work with PPC/performance teams to plan campaigns, review results, and improve conversions
- Track marketing performance using tools such as GA4, Search Console, ads dashboards, CRM data, or similar platforms
- Identify bottlenecks, follow up with team members, and make sure tasks are delivered
- Report priorities, progress, blockers, and results to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing management, product marketing, growth marketing, or digital product/project management
- Strong hands-on understanding of content, campaigns, landing pages, PPC, funnels, lead generation, and digital marketing
- Ability to manage marketing execution from planning to final delivery
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across content, design, ads, development, and management
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, audience psychology, and conversion-focused communication
- Familiarity with marketing metrics such as CAC, CPL, CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS, and lead quality
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into practical next steps
- Strong ownership, organization, follow-up, and execution discipline
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-moving startup environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS, AI products, software services, B2B marketing, e-commerce, marketplaces, or footwear/fashion
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Looker Studio, Notion, Trello, Jira, ClickUp, or similar tools
- Experience with product launches, lead generation funnels, landing page optimization, or growth experiments
- Basic understanding of SEO, CRO, analytics, and marketing automation
- Experience working with creative, AI content, or technical teams
What We Are Looking For
You are a strong fit if you:
- Think like a product manager, but execute like a startup operator
- Can manage people while still doing hands-on groundwork
- Can turn vague business goals into clear marketing actions
- Understand content, ads, funnels, landing pages, and performance metrics
- Know how to follow up, fix bottlenecks, and close execution loops
- Care about measurable results, not just activity
Work Type: Fully Remote | Full-Time
